Privacy summary for the members library

This page covers the limited information handled through the access-request flow and the protected members login process. It should be updated if new collection points, tooling, or retention requirements are introduced.

1. Access requests

When you submit the access request form, the site collects your name, email address, and the message you choose to send. That information is used to review, approve, and support access requests.

2. Protected-area login

The members area uses Cloudflare Access email one-time PIN authentication. Cloudflare processes the login event, sends the code to the email address entered, and determines whether the email matches the access policy for the protected route.

3. Why the information is used

The information is used to manage manual approvals, help users regain access, and maintain a working record of who has been granted entry to the members library.

4. Corrections and support

If your approved email address changes or you need a correction to the access record, use the same support path as the access-request workflow so the manual allowlist can be updated.

5. Scope note

This privacy summary is limited to the members-library flow described above. If the site later adds payment collection, analytics changes, or additional member tooling, this page should be updated accordingly.
