Terms of access for the members library
These terms apply to access granted to the protected tutorial library hosted under the Cooper Consult site. They are written for a manual-access model and should be reviewed whenever the commercial model changes.
1. Access model
Access is granted manually. Approval is linked to the email address recorded for the member and enforced through Cloudflare Access email one-time PIN login.
Approval may be removed if access was granted in error, the access arrangement changes, or these terms are breached.
2. Approved-user use only
The protected library is for the approved user or approved organization only. Sharing access, forwarding restricted material, or attempting to bypass access controls is not permitted.
The site is designed to prevent casual sharing, but it is not presented as a forensic anti-piracy system.
3. Payments and refunds
Payments, if any, are handled off-platform. This site does not process checkout directly.
Any refund position is handled manually as part of the off-platform purchase or approval process unless a different written agreement is provided.
4. Content changes
AI tools, vendors, interfaces, and pricing change quickly. Lessons, examples, and workflow recommendations may be updated, replaced, or retired over time.
References to third-party tools are informational and may not remain available or unchanged.
5. No guarantees of fit
The library provides general operational education and workflow guidance. It is not legal, financial, regulatory, or security advice for your specific organization unless separately agreed in writing.
